Our Team

Hi! I’m Makayla, a sports physical therapist passionate about working with athletes, especially those with lower extremity and soccer-related injuries. A St. Louis, MO native, I’ve lived in five different states, building my career in sports medicine.

I earned a degree in Exercise Science from Creighton University, then went on to Northwestern University for Physical Therapy School. After a year in outpatient orthopedics, I completed a sports residency at the renowned Mayo Clinic, refining my skills in sports rehabilitation and performance.

I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes of all levels, including the WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx, two DIII colleges, and NFL Draft prep and off-season training. As a former collegiate club soccer player, I focus on treating soccer athletes and lower extremity sports.

Outside of work, I love staying active through workouts, soccer, spending time at the beach, and exploring unique local restaurants. I’m dedicated to helping athletes reach peak performance and exceed their expectations!
